No Refunds – All purchases and subscriptions are final. We do not provide refunds except as required by law.
App Store Payments – Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Any refund requests must be made through the respective app store.

App Provided "As Is" – The app is provided as-is without warranties. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.
No Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or employment outcomes.
Limitation – Our total liability shall not exceed $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
