Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, all purchases, subscriptions, and in‑app payments are final and non‑refundable.
Store‑Managed Transactions
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective store provider, which will determine eligibility in accordance with its own policies. Landed AI does not directly process or issue refunds.
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks or payment disputes deemed fraudulent or abusive.
Provision "As Is." The Service is supplied on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis, without warranties of any kind—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement.
No Reliance. Information, analyses, or suggestions provided via the Service are for general informational purposes only. Landed AI neither verifies nor guarantees their accuracy or applicability.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landed AI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate Cap. Where statutory law does not allow complete exclusion of liability, Landed AI's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50) or (b) the total amount paid by you to Landed AI, if any, for the Service within the twelve‑month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jurisdictional Limitations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In such cases, the foregoing provisions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
